Neighborhood Graffiti Report
Graffiti found in various locations throughout the Landing includes what the Glen Cove Police Department term "gang tagging". Some photos below show graffiti that has been reported in April. According to the GCPD, "18" and "18st" refer to the "18th Street" gang, a rival of the Salvadoran gang "MS-13". The other tags in the photos have not been identified.
It is believed that the best defense against graffiti is to report it and have it removed as quickly as possible. Report graffiti to the LPCA Neighborhood Watch Committee or to the Glen Cove Police Department.
