The Landing Pride Civic Association was founded in 2005 and incorporated as a 501c3 not-for-profit organization in 2006. It was created by concerned citizens of the Landing community to monitor, improve and enforce local laws and codes within its boundaries and to ensure that quality of life issues are addressed and/or corrected and to create a renewed sense of pride in the area's residential neighborhoods. |

Our Mission
The Landing Pride Civic Association is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt, charitable organization created by concerned citizens of the Landing community to monitor, improve and enforce local laws and codes within its boundaries and to ensure that quality of life issues are addressed and/or corrected and to create a renewed sense of pride in the area's residential neighborhoods.The Landing Pride Civic Association will:
- Serve as a forum to hear and address concerns of area residents and work together to restore pride in our beautiful, vibrant community
- Act as a watchdog group to ensure the city government and its officials enforce the law and address issues affecting the Landing
Who May Join the Landing Pride Civic Association? Membership is limited to residents of the Landing area and surrounding neighborhoods such as Shorecrest and Morgan Park Estates. Other interested citizens who embrace our mission may join upon approval of the Executive Board. Dues of $35.00 per household are required for all members. Special rates apply to Senior Citizens and New Members.
